About this setup
A server laid out like an office. At the front the reception with services, prices, process, availability and past work - everything somebody wants to know before they ask. Behind it the consulting area, where a question turns into a quote. Customers get a closed area with status updates, sign-offs, invoices and a project forum in which every project carries a status: requested, quote sent, running, waiting on customer, signed off, invoiced. Next to it a separate forum for change requests - the place where "just one more small thing" becomes an estimated line item before anyone gets annoyed. Partners have their own section with terms, material to pass on and a channel for referred leads. Management sees the pipeline, monthly numbers, costing, overdue invoices and free capacity - separate from the team, because different things are discussed there. The ticket system is cut to this workflow: quote, outage, invoice and partner enquiry are separate paths with their own required questions, and each one lands with the right part of the team through the routing. Outages are reserved for customers, so the queue belongs to the real emergencies.
