Absolutely. If you already have a Standard subscription, you can upgrade anytime. The amount you've already paid will be fairly credited.
No worries. Your Premium status remains active until the end of your already paid period. After that, the bot falls back to the Free plan – but your settings remain saved.
Yes! In the management tab, you can give certain roles access to the dashboard. And by selecting a team role, all team members automatically get access to the team area, but cannot make any settings!
No. Premium status is unlocked immediately (Instant Activation). You don't have to change anything about the bot, the new features simply appear in the dashboard.
The Standard plan includes 1 license. You can apply this license to one server. If you want to boost a different server, you can 'move' the license up to 5 times per month.
We want you to be satisfied. If the bot doesn't work technically and we can't solve the problem, contact support within 14 days for a refund.
