About this setup
Built for the first customers. One reception area instead of a whole office wing: a chat as the front desk, a channel for questions about the services, one for consulting, one where running projects get their updates, and one for the feedback afterwards. Everything is writable on purpose - on a young server a read-only price list looks like a closed shop, and a question answered in the open saves the next customer from asking it. The bot setup is complete despite the size: welcome messages, a rank ladder, a quote-request ticket with the right mandatory questions, a report form, the security system, self-roles for pings and interests, an economy and achievements. Logs are folded into three channels instead of twenty-two, so the team actually reads them.
