About this setup
Built against the most common problem of a support server: the same question twenty times, because the answer sank in the chat. Bugs, requests and questions therefore live as forums, each with a visible status. A bug is new, confirmed, cannot be reproduced, in progress or fixed - and whoever reports one sees where things stand without asking. The product section anticipates what would otherwise arrive as a ticket: release notes, service status, maintenance windows, roadmap, known issues, deprecations and security advisories. Seven read-only channels that together intercept a large share of the requests before anyone has to ask. Security holes have their own confidential ticket path, with a reply that asks for restraint instead of demanding it - and so do data requests, because that request will come and needs an orderly route. Beta and internal sit behind permissions. Besides triage and release planning, the internal section has two channels you rarely see: incident response for when things go wrong and a post-mortem without blame. Plus a channel for support patterns, where it shows when a question suddenly comes up more often - that is usually a product problem, not a support problem.
