About this setup
Four groups under one roof, cleanly separated: the roster plans internally, the academy has its own area, the organisation handles contracts and sponsors, and fans only see what is meant for them. The internal part sits behind permissions, not behind trust. Scrim arrangements, opponent analysis, the lineup and the recordings forum are invisible to everyone else. Whoever joins the roster gets the role and with it the access, without anyone adjusting channel permissions one by one. The roster also has a channel for pressure and slumps - with no spectators, because otherwise it does not happen. The recordings forum carries tags for reviewed and open, for win and loss, for scrim and official match. Anyone who wants to know four weeks later what went wrong in the last game against this team finds it in ten seconds. The fan area has its own channels for cheering, fan art, merch and questions for the team, plus a matchday chat with slowmode for the loud minutes. Trial training, sponsorship and press enquiries run as separate ticket paths with their own required questions, straight to the right place.
