About this setup
The server maps how a release actually comes about: idea, concept, recording, editing, packaging, publishing, retrospective. The production pipeline lives as a forum in which every piece carries a status - concept, recording, editing, polish, awaiting feedback, finished. Whoever is stuck sets a tag and gets found. A whole section is devoted to packaging alone, because that is where the most effect sits for the least work: testing titles, testing thumbnails, descriptions, and a channel just for the opening seconds. All with slowmode, so they stay usable. The business section is the one that exists nowhere else: judging sponsor enquiries, talking openly about rates, the legal side of disclosure and usage rights - and a protected channel for companies that caused trouble, factual and with evidence. That information is hard to get for individuals and easy for a group. Sub-for-sub is expressly forbidden, and the releases channel is set to read-only: entries go through a ticket. That sounds cumbersome and is the only known way such a channel does not turn into a wall of promotion nobody reads within a month.
