About this setup
Built for the first thirty people. One art area instead of fifteen medium channels: a chat, a channel for your works, one where critique is explicitly wanted, material questions and inspiration. The split matters more than the size: praise lives everywhere, honest critique only where someone asked for it - that is what keeps beginners posting. The bot setup is complete despite the size: welcome messages, a six-step rank ladder, tickets with a commissions option and a report form, the security system, self-roles for your media and pings, an economy and achievements. Logs are folded into three channels instead of twenty-two, so the team actually reads them.
